Deposits:

Closure by You: You may close your ck44 4 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, ck44 4 will process any eligible real money balance remaining in the account subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings or contact support to request a self-exclusion period. Closure by ck44 4: ck44 4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period upon request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requiring account closure.
• Inactivity: an account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ck44 4 may apply a dormant account administration fee of ৳200 per month after the 12-month inactivity period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Where an account is closed by ck44 4 due to a verified breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining balance may be forfeited at ck44 4's discretion. In all other cases of closure initiated by ck44 4 without breach, the verified real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck44 4 shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, however caused.
• Losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server outages, network disruptions, or platform downtime beyond ck44 4's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, power outages, or third-party service interruptions.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials, or from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your own negligence.
• Losses resulting from the outcome of any game or bet placed on the platform, whether the outcome was influenced by a technical error that was not promptly reported to ck44 4.
• Any reliance placed on information, content, or data displayed on the platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or game rules, where such information contains a typographical or technical error.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit ck44 4's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ck44 4's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms & Conditions and your use of the platform, regardless of the legal basis for the claim, shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to your ck44 4 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
